Loose caftan dress in African woven fabric — banded structure assembled during weaving, deep burgundy background crossed by horizontal waves in vibrant orange, brick red, ocher, and burnt yellow that ripple across the entire surface like flames caught in the fabric. The deep V-neck is framed by a chevron yoke with burgundy and golden beige stripes, with an identical structure on the cap sleeves and on the horizontal band at mid-body that divides the dress into two registers. As a focal point: two cascading ivory tassels in the center of the V-neck. Two patch pockets framed by the same beige trim, functional and symmetrical. Straight short sleeves. Very loose, ballooning caftan cut, ankle length.
